Directions:   Located directly adjacent to Research Triangle Park.  Take I40 South 1.4 miles on Miami Blvd, bear right onto Church St, turn right into Kitts Creek

Just found out Kitts Creek is offering incentives on their Grand Boulevard homes.  $40k off anywhere between $580k or $680k - thats about 6.8% or 5.8%.   

Buyers can take their choice of no payment for the first six months and a caribbean cruise OR an up-front discount of up to $39,000 off the sales price.

The builder is Experience One for Kitts Creek. The residents have recently started a new website for all people interested in the community or are already residents it is www.kittscreekneighbors.com
